Film Funding Course

Here is your opportunity to develop your film in the correct way that will make it possible to get investment.

A good story or script is not enough, there are defined elements that needs to be included to show you have a viable project.

  1. What is the story about (classify the Category)
  2. Who is going to watch the film (define the Audience)
  3. How much do you need to make the film (Budget Requirements)
  4. How you going to reach your audience (Film Marketing)
  5. Where you going to show your Film (Distribution)

The reason you need to have a plan of how you going to make your film is that all those elements above you going to keep them in mind during development and production, it is your blueprint of what needs to be done while you filming your story.

Let me give an example. Say for instance your film is a (genre) romantic comedy. In your script you need to decide what are the scenes you going to use for marketing, so when you shoot that scene you get the stills for your poster, behind-the-scenes footage and interviews of the actors on that day in their costume.

For a romantic comedy you must know that your audience most likely female and dependent on where the film is set and the language will define the demographics of the film audience.

It is not complicated, you just need to think your project through to put it into a structure that makes it viable for investment.

Are you ready? We going to take you through a step-by-step course (with examples), by the end you will have a structured plan to present to investors.
